Returns overview
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, help is available to sort it out.
Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Medical devices may only be returned if they are unopened and sealed (hygiene requirement)
How to return
- Get in touch at james@pocketdoc.com.au with your order number
- A return shipping label or instructions will be provided
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or damaged
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Faulty items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, get in touch immediately. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no cost, including return shipping.
Exclusions
- Opened medical devices (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalised items
- Items on clearance (unless faulty)
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
