Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped as quickly and discreetly as possible. All orders are dispatched from Australia.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Domestic shipping

Orders ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard shipping — 2 to 7 business days
• Express shipping — 1 to 3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Discreet packaging

Privacy matters. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or brand. Your billing statement shows a generic reference.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your parcel via the Australia Post website.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

1. Check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email
2. Allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for potential delays
3. Get in touch at james@pocketdoc.com.au if your parcel is still missing

For parcels confirmed as lost by Australia Post, a replacement or full refund will be arranged at no additional cost.

International shipping

Shipping is currently available within Australia only. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges are displayed before you complete your order.
